Add coupons to Apple or Google Wallet for easy access
When you claim a coupon, you can add it to your phone's native wallet app—Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. This makes it easy to access your coupons at checkout without opening the Golden Ticket website.
Adding to Apple Wallet
For iPhone and Apple Watch users
- Open your claimed coupon in Golden Ticket
- Tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
- Tap “Add” in the confirmation dialog
- The coupon appears in your Wallet app
- Access coupons from lock screen

Adding to Google Wallet
For Android phone users
- Open your claimed coupon in Golden Ticket
- Tap “Add to Google Wallet”
- Sign in to your Google account if prompted
- The coupon appears in your Google Wallet app

Location Notifications
Get reminded when you're near a participating store
When you add a coupon to your wallet, it includes location information for participating stores. Your phone can notify you when you're nearby, reminding you to use your coupon.
Lock Screen Notification
“You have a coupon for Demo Coffee Shop”
Notifications appear automatically when you're within about 100 meters of a participating location. Tap the notification to open your coupon.
Tip
Make sure location services are enabled for your Wallet app to receive these helpful reminders. You can manage this in your phone's settings.
Coupon Updates
Your wallet pass stays in sync
Wallet passes update automatically. When you redeem a coupon or it expires, the pass in your wallet reflects the new status.

Redeemed and expired passes remain in your wallet as a record. You can delete them manually if you prefer a cleaner wallet.
Troubleshooting
Common wallet issues
“Add to Wallet” button not showing
This feature requires being on a mobile device. If you're on a desktop, the button won't appear. Visit the same coupon from your phone.
Not getting location notifications
Check that location services are enabled for the Wallet app in your phone settings. The feature requires the store to have set up their location coordinates.
Pass not updating
Wallet pass updates require an internet connection. If the status seems out of date, make sure you're online and wait a few moments.
Duplicate passes
If you add the same coupon multiple times, duplicates may appear. Delete the extras from your wallet—only one is needed.
